Publication of Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting

Cambian Group plc (LSE: CMBN) announces today that it has published its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2016, together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting 2017 (which explains the business to be conducted at the meeting), to be held at Trowers & Hamlins LLP's offices at 3 Bunhill Row, London EC1Y 8YZ on 5 June 2017 at 2:00 p.m. These documents are available to view on the Company's website at www.cambiangroup.com/investors. For those shareholders who elect to receive printed copies, the documentation will be posted on 2 May 2017.

Copies of the above documents, have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.

As at 28 April 2017, the Company's issued capital consists of 184,198,746 ordinary shares of £0.01 pence each ("shares"). No shares are held as treasury shares at the date of this announcement.

The figure of 184,198,746 shares represents the total voting rights in the Company and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
