Annual Report 2010 including Notice of Annual General Meeting

Future plc, the international special-interest media group, is pleased to announce that copies of its Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 30 September 2010 were mailed to shareholders today and an electronic copy is available on the Company's website, www.futureplc.com.

A copy of the above document has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: www.Hemscott.com/nsm.do

The Notice of Annual General Meeting is set out on pages 84 to 88 of the Annual Report 2010.

The AGM will be held at Future's London office, 2 Balcombe Street, London NW1 6NW at 12 noon on Wednesday 9 February 2011.
