On 3 April 2019, the AA plc (the Company) announced its Final Results for the year ended 31 January 2019. A condensed set of the financial statements, management report and a directors' responsibility statement were released on that date, in accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule (DTR) 4.1.

Pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.1, the Company has today published to shareholders and submitted to the National Storage Mechanism, the following documents: 

- The Company's Annual Report and Accounts 2019; and

- Notice of Annual General Meeting to be held on Wednesday 5 June 2019.

These will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk.

Any shareholder may request a Proxy Form from the Company's registrars, Equiniti, using the contact details set out in the Notice of Meeting.
