NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING ('AGM')

Further to the Company's results announcement dated 11 March 2016, the Directors confirm that the annual report and financial statements of the Company for the year ended 31 December 2015 have today been published on the Company's website.

The Company has also published proxy forms and notice of the AGM to be held at 9 a.m. on 29 April 2016 at Old Bank Chambers, La Grande Rue, St Martin's, Guernsey, GY4 6RT.
