Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ended 31st December 2013 and Notice of 2014 Annual General Meeting

The Company announces that its Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday, 28th May 2014 at 14:00 at the Midland Hotel, Peter Street, Manchester M60 2DS.

In connection with this, the following documents have been posted or made available to shareholders today:

· Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ended 31st December 2013 ("Annual Report");

· Notice of 2014 Annual General Meeting ("AGM Notice"); and

· Proxy form for the 2014 Annual General Meeting.

Copies of these documents have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at http://morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM
