ANNUAL REPORT 2016

Georgia Healthcare Group PLC ("GHG" or the "Group") (LSE: GHG LN) has today published its Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ended 31 December 2016 (the "Annual Report 2016").

A copy of the Annual Report 2016 has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm. The Annual Report 2016 is also available on the Group's website at ghg.com.ge.

GHG's Annual General Meeting is scheduled for 1 June 2017 and the Notice of Annual General Meeting will be dispatched to shareholders on or around 2 May 2017.
