The Company announces that two copies of its 2009 Annual Report and Accounts, Notice of Annual General Meeting 2010 and Form of Proxy have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority. At the Annual General Meeting due to be held on Thursday 6 May 2010, it is proposed that the Company adopts new Articles of Association. A summary of the proposed changes is set out in the explanatory notes which accompany the Notice of Annual General Meeting 2010 and which are available on the Company's website at:

Copies of the proposed new Articles have also been submitted to the UK Listing Authority.
