ANNUAL REPORT AND ACCOUNTS 2012
Warner Estate has today submitted a copy of the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2012 to the National Storage Mechanism and it will shortly be available for inspection at www.Hemscott.com/nsm.do.
The Report and Accounts 2012 is available on the Company's website at www.warnerestate.co.uk and will be posted to Company's shareholders who have requested a hard copy in due course.
The Company has already complied with its reporting obligations under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules by way of the announcement of its final results announcement earlier today.
