The Company confirms that the Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ended 31 October 2021 have today been posted and made available to shareholders on its website www.investors.blueprism.com.

The Board confirms that current trading in the new financial year remains in line with their expectations.

The Company will circulate a notice of Annual General Meeting separately, in due course.
