Annual Report and Accounts
Sports Direct International plc is pleased to announce that its Annual Report and Accounts for the period ended 26 April 2009, Notice of Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy have been posted to shareholders and are also available on the Company website www.sportsdirect.com/corporate.
The Annual General Meeting will take place at 3pm at the Auditorium, Unit D, Brook Park East, Shirebrook, NG20 8RY on 9 September 2009.
Two copies of the following documents have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority:
1. Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 26 April 2009
2. Notice of Annual General Meeting on 9 September 2009
3. Form of Proxy
