2012 Annual Financial Report and Annual General Meeting

The Company confirms that its Annual General Meeting will be held on 9 April 2013 at The Thistle Hotel, Bryanston Street, London, W1H 7EH, commencing at 10.00 am. A notice convening that meeting has today been posted to shareholders (and submitted to the National Storage Mechanism) together with a copy of the Company's Annual Report for the year ended 30 November 2012.

In accordance with section 311A of the Companies Act 2006, certain information concerning the AGM is given on the Company's website at www.lowandbonar.com.

The following documents will shortly be available for inspection on the National Storage Mechanism at www.Hemscott.com/nsm.do and copies will also be available from the Company's website at www.lowandbonar.com.
