In accordance with Rule 20 of the AIM Rules for Companies, GBGI Limited (AIM: GBGI), a leading integrated provider of international benefits insurance, is pleased to announce the publication of its Annual Report for the twelve month period ended 31 December 2017 and Notice of Annual General Meeting.

The Annual Report is available in electronic form for download on the Company's website at www.gbg.com/investors, together with a Proxy Form for use at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. Hard copies of both documents will be mailed out to shareholders shortly.

The Annual General Meeting of GBGI will be held at The Lennox Suite, The Duke of Richmond Hotel, Cambridge Park, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 1UY on Wednesday, 13 June 2018 at 11:00am.
