Publication of Annual Report and Accounts

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, GoCo Group plc ('GoCo' or the 'Company') has submitted copies of the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ending 31 December 2019 to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for inspection at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.

Copies of the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2019 will be distributed to shareholders shortly and will be available to view on the Company's website at https://www.gocogroup.com/investors/annual-report. In light of the COVID-19 virus pandemic, the Company is revising the plans for its Annual General Meeting (AGM). Further information on the AGM venue, date and time will be communicated in due course.
