Posting of Annual Report to Shareholders
Ambrian Capital plc announces that the Annual Report of the Company for the year ended 31 December 2010 was posted to shareholders yesterday, together with the Notice of the Annual General Meeting of shareholders to be held at 11:00hrs on 29 June 2011 at the offices of the Company, Old Change House, 128 Queen Victoria Street, London EC4V 4BJ, and associated Explanatory Notes relating to the proposed resolutions at that meeting. These documents are now available on the Company's website www.ambrian.com.
The Group's Final Results announcement issued on 11 April 2011 stated that the final dividend of 0.75p per share will be paid on 24 June 2011 to shareholders on the register at 27 May 2011. In view of the date of the Annual General Meeting on 29 June 2011, the payment date of the dividend will now be made on 30 June 2011 to shareholders on the register on 27 May 2011.
