1. Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2012;

2. Notice of 2013 Annual General Meeting;

3. Form of Proxy; and

4. Scrip Dividend Circular in respect of the second interim dividend for the year ended 31 December 2012.

The Annual General Meeting is scheduled to be held on 15 April 2013 at 10.30am in the Committee Room, The Royal Automobile Club, 89 Pall Mall, London SW1Y 5HS.
