Publication of Annual Report and Accounts 2016

The Company announced its annual results earlier today in accordance with the financial reporting obligations of the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

The Company has today published the Annual Report and Accounts 2016.

In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.1R the above-mentioned document has been submitted to the UK Listing Authority via the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.

In addition, the Company's Annual Report on Form 20F for the year ended 31 December 2016 will be filed with the US Securities and Exchange Commission later this week.

The Annual Report and Accounts 2016 will also be publicly available on the Company's website at amecfw.com.
