Brewin Dolphin Holdings PLC Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 September 2019

Brewin Dolphin Holdings PLC (the 'Company') released its preliminary announcement of annual results for the year ended 30 September 2019 ('Preliminary Announcement') on 27 November 2019. Further to the Preliminary Announcement, the Company can now confirm that the 2019 Report and Accounts, Notice of 2020 Annual General Meeting ('AGM') and Form of Proxy has been mailed to shareholders. AGM

The Company's 2020 AGM will be held at Haberdashers Hall, 18 West Smithfield, London EC1A 9HQ on 7 February 2020.
