London, Monaco Resources Group SAM ("MRG"), the guarantor and the parent company of MRG Finance UK plc ("the Issuer"), published its audited Full Year accounts for the year ended 31st December 2021 on April 29th 2022.

Key Highlights for Full Year 2021

 

· Group revenue increased to a record EUR 1,521 million (versus EUR 1,105 million Full Year 2020), continuing on a solid growth trajectory

 

· Gross Profit increased to EUR 375 million (versus EUR 306 million Full Year 2020)

 

· Adjusted EBITDA increased to EUR 198 million (versus EUR 160 million Full Year 2020)

 

· The Group maintains a strong liquidity position with EUR 226 million of cash and cash equivalents

 

· With record Q1 2022 earnings reported by MRG's two largest subsidiaries, R-Logitech Group SAM and Metalcorp Group SA, MRG expects a significant increase in consolidated revenue and earnings for full year 2022
