Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ended 31 December 2015 and Notice of Annual General Meeting 2016

Arrow Global announces that its Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday, 26 May 2016 at 2.00pm at Manchester Town Hall, Albert Square, Manchester, M60 2LA.

In connection with this, the following documents are being posted or made available to shareholders today:

· Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ended 31 December 2015 ("Annual Report");

· Notice of Annual General Meeting 2016 ("AGM Notice"); and

· Proxy Form for the Annual General Meeting 2016.

Copies of these documents have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm
