2025 ANNUAL REPORT AND ACCOUNTS

CANAL+ SA (LSE: CAN, the "Company"), the global media and entertainment company, announces that it has published its Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ended 31 December 2025 (the "2025 Annual Report") today.
In accordance with UK Listing Rules 6.4.1R and 6.4.3R and UK Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules ("DTRs") 6.2.10R and 6.3.5R, the 2025 Annual Report has been submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority's National Storage Mechanism today, in both structured electronic format and in unedited full text. A copy of the 2025 Annual Report will shortly be available for viewing at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
Additionally, in accordance with DTR 6.3.5R, the 2025 Annual Report will be available on the Company's website at: https://www.canalplusgroup.com/en/results-and-publications.
