Annual Financial Report

Following the preliminary announcement issued on 7 March 2018, the full electronic version of the BIOQUELL annual report is now available to download in PDF format on the Company's website at www.bioquellplc.com. The Notice of Annual General Meeting and the Form of Proxy are also available for download.

Hard copies of the annual report, the AGM Notice and the Form of Proxy have been mailed to BIOQUELL shareholders on the register as at 7 March 2018.

In compliance with LR 9.6.3 the following documents have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do:

· Notice of Annual General Meeting

· Form of Proxy

The Company's Annual General Meeting wil be held at the offices of Harwood Capital LLP, 6 Stratton Street, London, W1J 8LD on Monday 23 April at 11am.
