Annual Report and Accounts 2025 incorporating the Notice of the 2026 Annual General Meeting

Taylor Wimpey plc (the "Company") announces that it has published its Annual Report and Accounts 2025, incorporating the Notice of the 2026 Annual General Meeting (the "AGM").

The AGM will be held at 10:30am on Tuesday 28 April 2026 in the Garden Suite at the Crowne Plaza Gerrards Cross, Oxford Road, Beaconsfield, HP9 2XE.

In compliance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.1, the Company will submit the following documents today to the UK Listing Authority, which will shortly be available for inspection via the National Storage Mechanism at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism:

· Annual Report and Accounts 2025;

· Notice of the 2026 Annual General Meeting;

· The Taylor Wimpey plc Performance Share Plan Rules; and

· Notice of Availability letter sent to shareholders receiving web communications.

Hard copy versions of the Annual Report and Accounts 2025 and the Notice of the 2026 AGM have been posted to those shareholders who have elected to receive them in paper form.
