Annual Report and Accounts 2024 incorporating the Notice of the 2025 Annual General Meeting

We are pleased to publish our Annual Report and Accounts 2024, incorporating the Notice of the 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) which will be held in the Gerrards Suite at the Crowne Plaza Gerrards Cross, Oxford Road, Beaconsfield, HP9 2XE on Wednesday 30 April 2025 at 10:30am.

In compliance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.1, the following documents have today been submitted to the UK Listing Authority, and will shortly be available for inspection via the National Storage Mechanism at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism:

· Annual Report and Accounts 2024;

· Notice of the 2025 Annual General Meeting;

· Notice of Availability letter sent to shareholders receiving web communications.

Hard copy versions of the Annual Report and Accounts 2024 and the Notice of the 2025 AGM have been posted to those shareholders who have elected to receive them in paper form.
