Fulcrum Utility Services Limited (the "Company") announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2012 (the "2012 Annual Report") has been published and posted to shareholders.

The Company also announces that Notice of the Annual General Meeting of the Company (the "Notice") has been posted to shareholders. The Annual General Meeting is to be held at 2.00 p.m. on Tuesday 25 September 2012 at the offices of Mayer Brown International LLP, 201 Bishopsgate, London, EC2M 3AF.
