Publication of Annual Report, Notice of Annual General Meeting

and Proposed Change of Name

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, GoCompare.com Group plc ('GoCompare' or the 'Company') has submitted copies of the following documents to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for inspection at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM:

· Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2018; and

· Notice of the 2019 Annual General Meeting together with the accompanying Proxy Form.

Copies of the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2018 and Notice of the 2019 Annual General Meeting together with the accompanying Proxy Form will be distributed to shareholders shortly and are also available to view on the Company's website at www.gocogroup.com/investors/shareholder-centre/agm. The 2019 Annual General Meeting will be held at 3.00pm on Thursday, 23 May 2019 at the offices of Deutsche Bank AG, Winchester House, 1 Great Winchester Street, London, EC2N 2DB.

The Notice of the Annual General Meeting will set out details of the resolutions, one of which is the proposed change to the name of the Company to GoCo Group plc. The Directors believe the proposed name better reflects the Company's multi-brand strategy following the acquisitions of MyVoucherCodes and Energylinx, and the launch of weflip. The Company's trading symbol will remain unchanged as GOCO and the ISIN will remain the same.
