2017 Annual Report & Accounts and 2018 Annual General Meeting
Tyman plc, a leading international supplier of engineered components to the door and window industry, announces the Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2017 ("2017 Annual Report"), Notice of 2018 Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy have been posted or otherwise made available to shareholders today.
In accordance with LR 9.6.1, these documents have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm.
The 2017 Annual Report, Notice of 2018 Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy may also be viewed on the Group website at www.tymanplc.com.
The 2018 Annual General Meeting is scheduled to be held at 10.30am on 10 May 2018 at ERA, Valiant Way, Wolverhampton, West Midlands, WV9 5GB.
