Publication of Annual Report 2010 and Notice of Annual General Meeting

The Company announces that, on Friday, 18 March 2011, the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2010 was sent to shareholders. Copies are available from the Company's office at Plant Health Care, Inc. 285 Kappa Drive, Suite 100, Pittsburgh, PA 15238, USA.

Also on 18 March 2011, the Company sent to shareholders Notice of the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM"). The AGM will be held on 14 April 2011 at Tavistock Communications Limited, 131 Finsbury Pavement, London EC2A 1NT.
