The Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 30 September 2011 has today been posted to shareholders, together with a Notice of Annual General Meeting, explanatory Circular and Form of Proxy.

The Company released its Preliminary Announcement of Final Results for the year ended 30 September 2011 ("Announcement") on 21 November 2011. This Announcement contained all the information required under Rule 6.3.5 of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
