Annual Report and Accounts 2024, Notice of 2025 Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy

Further to the Company's announcement of its full year results on 26 March 2025, we are pleased to publish our Annual Report and Accounts 2024 ("Annual Report 2024") and the Notice of the 2025 Annual General Meeting ("Notice").

The documents are being posted to shareholders who have requested hard copies. 

This announcement is made in accordance with DTR 6.3.5R(1A).

2025 Annual General Meeting ("AGM")

The Company's AGM will be held on Wednesday, 14 May 2025, 12.00 noon at the offices of Linklaters LLP, One Silk Street, London EC2Y 8HQ. Shareholders who choose to attend the AGM in person, should pre-register their intention to attend as soon as practicable by emailing [email protected] and by no later than 5.00pm on 13 May 2025.

In accordance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.1, a copy of the Annual Report 2024, Notice and the Form of Proxy have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
