Further to the publication on 27th July 2017 of the Company's preliminary announcement of its annual results for the year ended 30th June 2017 (the "Preliminary Announcement"), it is confirmed that a copy of the following has today been posted to shareholders and submitted to the National Storage Mechanism, and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM:

1. Annual report and accounts for the year ended 30th June 2017;

2. Notice of AGM; and

3. Proxy form.

Responsibility statement of the directors in respect of the annual financial report

We confirm that to the best of our knowledge:

· the financial statements, prepared in accordance with the applicable set of accounting standards, give a true and fair view of the assets, liabilities, financial position and profit or loss of the Group and of the Company and the undertakings; and

· the Strategic report and the Directors' report include a fair review of the development and performance of the business during the year and the position of the Company and the Group at the year end, together with a description of the principal risks and uncertainties that they face.

We consider the Annual report and financial statements, taken as a whole, is fair, balanced and understandable and provides the information necessary for shareholders to assess the Group's position and performance, business model and strategy.

Directorate Change

As noted in the Nomination Committee report in the Annual report and accounts, Norma Tang has resigned as Company Secretary, such resignation having effect on 26th August 2017. Allen Roberts, Group Finance Director, is appointed Company Secretary with effect from 26th August 2017 on an interim basis pending the appointment of her replacement.
