2015 ANNUAL FINANCIAL REPORT AND ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The Company announces that its Annual General Meeting is to be held at 9.30am on 18 January 2016 at Jubilee House, Second Avenue, Burton upon Trent, Staffordshire, DE14 2WF.

Hard copies of the Company's 2015 Annual Report and Accounts, Notice of Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy have been posted to those shareholders who have elected to continue to receive paper communications. Shareholders who have not elected to continue to receive paper communications have been sent an electronic Notice of Availability informing them that the 2015 Annual Report and Accounts, Notice of Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy are available on the Company's website at www.punchtavernsplc.com.

Pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.1, these documents have also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism where they will be available for inspection at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
