Annual Report and Annual General Meeting
The Company announces that two copies of its 2009 Annual Report and Accounts, Notice of Annual General Meeting on 18 November 2009 and Form of Proxy have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority. At the Annual General Meeting due to be held on 18 November 2009, it is proposed that the Company adopts new Articles of Association.
