Annual Financial Report for the year ended 31 December 2011 and Notice of 2012 Annual General Meeting

Tribal Group plc ("Tribal") is pleased to announce that it has published its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2011 and the 2012 Notice of Annual General Meeting.

Tribal announced its preliminary results for the year ended 31 December 2011 on 22 March 2012.
