Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ended 31st December 2014 and Notice of Annual General Meeting 2015

The Company announces that its Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday, 3 June 2015 at 2.00pm at Manchester Town Hall, Albert Square, Manchester, M60 2LA.

In connection with this, the following documents have been posted or made available to shareholders today:

· Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ended 31st December 2014 ("Annual Report");

· Notice of Annual General Meeting 2015 ("AGM Notice"); and

· Proxy form for the Annual General Meeting 2015.

Copies of these documents have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at http://morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM
