STV Group plc announces that its Annual General Meeting will be held at the Company's registered office, Pacific Quay, Glasgow, G51 1PQ on Wednesday 23rd April 2014 at 11am.

The Annual Report and Accounts for the year ending 31 December 2013 incorporating the Notice of Annual General Meeting and including the Form of Proxy have been published and will today be sent to shareholders. A copy of each has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.Hemscott.com/nsm.do
