Publication of 2022 Annual Report and Accounts
Aston Martin Lagonda Global Holdings plc (the "Company") announces that it has today published its Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ended 31 December 2022 (the "2022 Annual Report").
The 2022 Annual Report can be downloaded in pdf format from the Company's website at www.astonmartinlagonda.com/investors/annual-report
A hard copy version of the 2022 Annual Report will be dispatched to those shareholders who have elected to receive paper communications in due course.
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.3, the 2022 Annual Report has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism
The Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held on 17 May 2023 and the Notice of AGM will be published on the Company's website and distributed to shareholders in due course.
