ANNUAL FINANCIAL REPORT

The following documents are today being posted or otherwise made available to shareholders:

1. Annual Report and Accounts 2012;

2. Notice of 2013 Annual General Meeting; and

3. Proxy Notice for the 2013 Annual General Meeting.

This follows the release on 21 February 2013 of the Company's Preliminary Results Announcement for the year ended 31 December 2012.

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, a copy of each of these documents has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for viewing shortly.
