Fidessa group plc ("Company") 2010 Annual Report and Notice of 2011 Annual General Meeting.

On 14th February 2011 the Company announced its preliminary results for the year ended 31st December 2010. The preliminary announcement contained the information required by the Disclosure and Transparency Rule 6.3.5.

Today the Company has published its 2010 Annual Report and Accounts together with a Notice of 2011 Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy. Copies of these documents will shortly be available on the Company's website, www.fidessa.com. These documents have also been posted to shareholders today.

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, copies of the 2010 Annual Report and Accounts, Notice of 2011 Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available at http://www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.
