on the publication of Annual Financial Statements and Consolidated Financial Statements and Independent Auditor's Report for the business year ended 31 December 2022

MFB Hungarian Development Bank Private Limited Company (hereinafter: MFB Zrt.) is pleased to inform its investors that

· its Annual Financial Statements and Independent Auditor's Report and

· its Consolidated Financial Statements and Independent Auditor's Report

in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards as adopted by the EU for the business year ended 31 December 2022 have been prepared and are being published hereby.

The Bank has prepared its annual and consolidated financial statements in the format prescribed by the COMMISSION DELEGATED REGULATION (EU) 2019/815 of 17 December 2018 on supplementing Directive 2004/109/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council with regard to regulatory technical standards on the specification of a single electronic reporting format (hereinafter: "ESEF"). The digitally signed version of the annual and consolidated financial statements in ESEF format available for inspection at the Bank's registered office (H-1051 Budapest, Nádor utca 31., Hungary), and can be downloaded in es3 format from the official website of MFB Zrt. (H-1051 Budapest, Nádor utca 31., Hungary) at the following link:
