Publication of Annual Report and Accounts

Huntsworth plc announces the publication of its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2012. A copy is available and can be downloaded from the Company's website at http://www.huntsworth.co.uk/investors/reports-and-accounts/all.aspx. The Annual Report and Accounts, together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy, will be posted to shareholders on 14 May 2013.

A copy will also shortly be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism.
