2015 Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of 2016 Annual General Meeting

The Company's 2016 Annual General Meeting will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday 26 April 2016 at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, 110 Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1AY

In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 4.1.3., the Company announces that copies of the Annual Report and Accounts 2015, which incorporates the Notice of 2016 Annual General Meeting, and the Proxy Form are today being posted to shareholders.

A copy of each of the documents has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available at its web site www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM
