The Company announced its Annual Results on 4 March 2010 in accordance with the financial reporting obligations of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

Copies of the Annual Report and Accounts 2009 and Notice of Annual General Meeting have today been posted to shareholders and are available on the Company's website www.amec.com.
