Publication of 2024 Annual Report and Accounts

Direct Line Insurance Group plc (the "Company") has today published its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2024 ("2024 Annual Report") on the Company's corporate website at https://www.directlinegroup.co.uk/en/investors.
A further announcement will be made to confirm when copies of the Company's 2024 Annual Report, along with the Company's 2025 Notice of Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy, have been posted or made available to shareholders, in line with their communication preferences.
