Meggitt's full-year results for the year ended 31 December 2014 were published on 24 February 2015, and are available at www.meggitt.com/investors. The full-year results announcement made on 24 February 2015 contains the information required to comply with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 6.3.5, including principal risk factors, details of related party transactions and the directors' responsibility statement.
