Publication of Annual Report and Financial Statements 2015

intu properties plc has today published its Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2015 ("the Annual Report"). This document is available for download at www.intugroup.co.uk/ar2015.

A copy of the Annual Report, together with copies of the relevant documents below, have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism, and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM/.

The following documents have been circulated today to registered shareholders of the Company:

2. Notice of 2016 Annual General Meeting to be held on 4 May 2016;
