RPC Group Plc, a leading plastic products design and engineering company, announces that copies of the following documents are being posted to shareholders today. 

1. Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2016

2. Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") to be held on Wednesday 13th July 2016; and

3. Form of Proxy for the AGM to be held on Wednesday 13th July 2016.

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, copies of the documents have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available for inspection from the National Storage Mechanism at www.Hemscott.com/nsm.do.
