Annual Financial Report

Dunelm Group plc (the 'Company') has posted to shareholders its annual report and financial statements for the year ended 2 July 2011 ('Annual Report and Financial Statements') along with the Notice of Annual General Meeting.

The Annual General Meeting to which the notice relates is to be held at The Cheshunt Marriott Hotel, Halfhide Lane, Turnford, Herts EN10 6NG at 10.30 am on Thursday 17 November 2011.

 A copy of the Annual Report and Financial Statements and Notice of Annual General meeting has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: www.Hemscott.com/nsm.do

The Annual Report and Financial Statements and Notice of Annual General Meeting will also be available on the Corporate Information section of the Company's website www.dunelm-mill.com shortly.
