River and Mercantile Group PLC, the advisory and investment solutions business, today releases its 2017 Annual Report.

The 2017 Annual Report can be found on the Company's website at http://www.riverandmercantile.com/Asp/uploadedFiles/file/Investor_relations/RandM_AR_2017.pdf and printed copies will be posted to shareholders on 3 November 2017, along with formal AGM documents relating to the Company's 2017 AGM.

The AGM is due to be held on 8 December 2017 at 2.00pm at 11 Strand, London, WC2N 5HR.

The Board of Directors have proposed a final dividend for the year ended 30 June 2017 of 6.0p per share. The dividend will be paid on 15 December 2017 to shareholders on the register as at 24 November 2017, subject to approval by shareholders at the Company's AGM.
