Also on 21 April 2016, the Company sent to shareholders Notice of the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM"). The AGM will be held on 23 May 2016 at the offices of BDO LLP, 55 Baker Street, London W1U 7EU, United Kingdom and will commence at 10:30 am.
