Annual accounts and notice of Annual General Meeting
Norcon (AIM: NCON), the global communications network specialist, is pleased to announce that its annual accounts for the year ended 31 December 2014 have been sent to shareholders, together with the notice of Norcon's Annual General Meeting ("AGM").
The AGM will be held on 23 June 2015 at 11:30 am at the Company's registered office at Fort Anne, Isle of Man, IM1 5PD.
